Warum und wann eine Beauftragung Sinn macht
Meine Grundregel lautet: Grundsätzlich macht eine Beauftragung eines Dienstleisters immer dann Sinn, wenn es eine Leistung ist, die außerhalb deines Kerngeschäfts liegt. Doch warum?
Um die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen: Jedes gute Unternehmen hat eine Spezialisierung. Wir als Softwareunternehmen kennen die neuesten Trends, Technologien und wissen wohin die Reise geht. Das wird ein bspw. Tischlerbetrieb schwer für die Software-Welt einschätzen können.
Um Zeit und Kosten zu sparen: Weiters hat der Dienstleister der umsetzt im Normalfall ein eingespieltes Team, welches effizient zusammenarbeitet und wo auch die Kommunikation passt. Dies erst alles aufzubauen dauert Zeit, welche man nicht immer hat.
Um so rascher du mit deinem Unternehmen skalieren willst, um so wichtiger wird Erfahrung. Erfahrung die wir aus unzähligen Projekten schon mitbringen. Für uns ist ein Software-Projekt bereits Routine, du bist Pionier.
Ein wesentlicher Faktor, welcher oft unterschätzt wird: ein Software-Projekt ist kein one time shot. Software wird stetig weiterentwickelt. Wenn wir davon ausgehen, dass das Produkt durch die Decke geht, kommen viele neue Aufgaben hinzu. Es werden mehr Entwickler-Ressourcen gebraucht, Security wird immer wichtiger und auch die Infrastruktur dahinter muss viel besser gemonitored werden. Dinge über die du dir eigentlich keine Gedanken machen solltest, da du dich um dein Kerngeschäft kümmern solltest. Dinge, die ein größerer Dienstleister alle mitbringt und die auch einfach dazugekauft werden können.
Wann du dich tatsächlich um Entwickler:innen umschauen solltest
Wenn du ein SaaS-Startup bist, dann solltest du definitiv den Core deiner Software selbst im Unternehmen entwickeln. Gerne auch zu Beginn fürs Scaling Ressourcen zukaufen, allerdings sollte der CTO-Lead immer bei dir im Unternehmen bleiben. Denn als Unternehmen darf man niemals sein Kerngeschäft outsourcen.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
