Wie starte ich mein Projekt mit möglichst wenig Risiko? Wie kann ich so schnell wie möglich sichergehen, dass die Idee auch realisierbar ist? In diesem Artikel geht es genau um diese Fragen.
Gerade bei innovativen und neuartigen Software-Konzepten ist es wichtig die technologische Machbarkeit so schnell wie möglich sicherzustellen. Auch Schlüsselpartner sollten in dieser Phase überzeugt und mit ins Boot geholt werden. Denn oft ist es bei Software-Projekte so, dass sie von Schnittstellen und anderen Systemen abhängig sind.
Was sollte ich vor Projektstart klären?
Beim Start sollten alle relevanten Player rund um das Projekt an einen Tisch geholt werden, um das Konzept von unterschiedlichen Perspektiven betrachten zu können. Wenn der Business-Case nach dieser ersten Pitching-Phase immer noch Sinn macht betrachtet man die technologische Seite:
Ist das Projekt von anderen Systemen abhängig?
Wenn ja: gibt es zu diesen Systemen verlässliche, langfristige und leistbare Schnittstellen?
Wenn nein: gibt es möglicherweise in Zukunft andere Systeme, die man anzapfen möchte?
Bei Hardware-Projekten: sind wir von einem Anbieter abhängig? Gibt es hier eine verlässliche SDK?
Wie starte ich mit möglichst wenig Risiko?
Die erste Phase ist die Machbarkeitsphase. Das Ergebnis daraus ist ein Proof of Concept (PoC), welcher die technologische Machbarkeit beweist. Dieser kann meist auch gleich in einen Prototypen für die ersten Tests überführt werden, um keinen Code doppelt und dreifach schreiben zu müssen.
Ein PoC ist keine schön designte Software, sondern wirklich nur ein simpler Beweis, dass das Projekt durchführbar ist. Hier darf man sich keine schöne App erwarten, sondern eher folgendes Beispiel: App mit einem Button "Licht an" und irgendwo geht dann hoffentlich ein Licht auf 💡
Welche Förderungen kann ich dazu nutzen?
Im Moment gibt es in Österreich unzählige Förderungen im Bereich der Digitalisierung. Für die Machbarkeitsphase kann man Beratungsförderungen nutzen. Da gerade am Anfang viele Gespräche und Beratungen stattfinden, bis das endgültige Software-Konzept unter Dach und Fach ist.
KMU Digital 3.0 – die Digitalisierungsförderung für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) in Österreich
Dieses Programm setzt sich aus folgenden Modulen zusammen:
Beratungsförderung
Status- und Potentialanalyse: Förderung 80% max. € 400 pro Thema
Strategieberatung: Förderung 50% max. € 1.000 pro Thema
Umsetzungsförderung
Förderung 30% max. € 6.000
Die maximale Förderhöhe von € 9.000 ergibt sich aus der Gesamtförderung für Beratungen von max. € 3.000 und max. € 6.000 Umsetzungsförderung.
Förderquote: Für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen 30%; max. Fördersumme 40.000 Euro pro Projekt; Mindestprojektgröße 10.000 Euro, max. Projektlaufzeit: 2 Jahre
Fazit
Momentan haben wir in Österreich das Glück, dass diese Phase sehr gut gefördert wird. Das erleichtert es für neue Projekte gerade zu Beginn mit möglichst wenig Risiko und Kapital eine Projektidee "auszuprobieren".

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
