Das Thema mit dem Stundensatz haben wir in den letzten Jahren schon oft intern diskutiert. Wann wir nach Fixpreis abrechnen und wann nach Aufwand ist dennoch immer noch individuell.
Diese Woche bekam ich wieder des öfteren die Frage: Was habt ihr für einen Stundensatz und warum ist der so hoch?
Für mich ist der Stundensatz ziemlich belanglos. Der Kunde möchte den Stundensatz eigentlich nur wissen, um uns mit anderen Angeboten vergleichen zu können. Doch de facto will der Kunde ja nicht die aufgewendete Zeit kaufen, sondern eine Lösung. Diese Lösung generiert beim Kunden einen Wert und der Preis für unsere Leistung muss geringer sein als der geschaffene Wert. Dann macht die Investition Sinn.
Das große Problem hierbei ist, dass der Einkäufer nur mehr den Stundensatz miteinander vergleicht und plötzlich alle anderen Faktoren egal sind. Das ist ziemlich paradox, will der Einkäufer ja das beste Ergebnis.
Wert oder Zeit kaufen?
Die logische marktwirtschaftliche Konsequenz daraus ist, dass viele Unternehmen den Stundensatz niedrig setzen, aber länger brauchen. Diese bekommen dann plötzlich easy die Aufträge, allerdings zu selben, oder höheren Kosten für den Kunden.
Du kennst es wahrscheinlich aus Gruppenarbeiten im Studium: man wählt meist die gleichen Leute für sein Projekt, weil man schon ein eingespieltes Team ist und weiß auf wen man sich verlassen kann. Genau so ist es, wenn wir ein Software-Projekt umsetzen. Wir sind ein eingespieltes Team, welches sehr effizient die Anforderungen abarbeitet mit einem ehrlichen Stundensatz. So fällt es uns auch leicht unsere Schätzungen sehr genau machen zu können, da wir wissen, wie wir arbeiten.
Sagt jetzt ein Kunde unser Stundensatz sei zu hoch und wir konkurrieren mit einem Angebot, welches aus 5 Freelancern besteht (das weiß der Kunde vielleicht nicht einmal), dann sollte man nicht nur auf die Kosten schauen. Denn die haben oft noch nie gemeinsam zusammengearbeitet und allein die Kommunikation bedeutet einen erheblichen Mehraufwand. So entstehen mehr unproduktive Stunden und die Kosten sind möglicherweise die gleichen.
Was sollte ich als Einkäufer beachten?
Auch wenn es im Dienstleistungssektor üblich ist nach Stunden Rechnungen zu stellen, der Stundensatz sagt nicht wirklich etwas über die tatsächlichen Kosten aus. Entscheidend ist der Wert der geschaffen wird.
Ich kaufe bei meiner Friseurin ja auch einen neuen Haarschnitt und nicht die aufgewendete Zeit dafür. Allerdings gehe ich zu ihr, weil ich weiß, dass das Ergebnis passt und ich wieder fesch bin 😉

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
