Bei Softwareprojekten ist es oft so, dass eine ewig lange Liste an Funktionen erstellt wird. Diese werden dann priorisiert und abgearbeitet. Wenn die Software fertig ist, kommt man drauf, dass sie nicht gern verwendet wird. Doch warum?
"Digitalisierst du noch, oder transformierst du schon?"
Diese Frage stellte ich beim 4. Amstettner Zukunftsforum im November.
Es ist für mich eine der entscheidendsten Fragen für die nächsten Jahre, um gestärkt aus der Krise zu kommen. Jetzt ist eine einmalige Chance um mit Lieferanten und Kunden noch enger als bisher zusammenzuarbeiten. Nicht nur weil der Staat dies im Moment sehr stark unterstützt, sondern vor allem weil das Gefühl des "gemeinsam durch die Krise Kommens" einen zwischenmenschlichen Boost bietet.
Warum digitale Transformation?
Eine Transformation ist der Prozess der Veränderung und findet kontinuierlich statt. Bei der digitalen Transformation die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Technologien wie bspw.: Social Media, Big Data, Cloud Services, Blockchain, Internet of Things, Smart Devices und noch viele mehr.
Wichtig ist: das Lösen der Herausforderungen mit den best möglichen technischen Mitteln. In diesem Themenspektrum finden sich dann auch die Begriffe wie agil, Design Thinking, rapid prototyping, ... die vor allem im Bereich der Innovation bekannt sind.
Es geht nicht nur darum den Prozess digital zu gestalten, sondern viel mehr um eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung der Herausforderungen. Smarte Tools gemeinsam mit den Kunden zu entwickeln, diese rasch zu testen und dann zu skalieren.
Was machen die Erfolgreichen anders?
Stellen wir uns doch einmal die Frage aus unserem privaten Alltag: warum kaufen wir bei Amazon, fahren mit Uber und nutzen Airbnb?
Ich kaufe ja nicht auf Amazon, weil die Produkte besser sind.
Ich fahre nicht mit Uber, weil die Autos schöner sind als die Taxis.
Ich buche auch nicht auf Airbnb, weil sie die schöneren Unterkünfte haben.
Nein.
Ich verwende diese Tools, weil sie einfach zu bedienen sind und ich rasch mein Ziel erreiche.

Wer es verstanden hat den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen und ihm den Zugang zur Leistung vereinfacht, der gewinnt das Spiel.
Transformierst du schon?
Entscheidend ist nicht, jedem Hype sofort nachzulaufen, sondern was dein Kunde will. Denn er ist der eigentliche Chef deines Unternehmens.
Wir Österreicher und Deutsche tendieren oft dazu, alles zu sehr zu zerdenken, Konzepte aufzustellen und plötzlich sind wieder 3 Monate vergangen. Viel wichtiger ist es einfach zu starten. Mit innovativen StartUp-Methodiken den Kunden mit ins Boot zu holen und iterativ zu verbessern. So entsteht Software die den Menschen hilft - nicht umgekehrt.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
